Standard Terms for Foxglove Cottage

1) Rates include bed linen, electricity and all heating costs but excludes towels.
2) Good housekeeping deposit for Foxglove Cottage of £100 required.
3) A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival date.
4) 20% late availability discount for bookings within 21 days of arrival date.
