Large lounge with colour TV, video and DVD. Seating for
16 with dining table and seating for 16.
2. Entrance Hallway :–
Large open plan area with extra seating
3. Bedrooms:-
Bedroom 1 - 1 double bed with en-suite shower, wash hand
basin and WC facilities
Bedroom 2 - 1 double bed with en-suite shower, wash hand
basin and WC facilities
Bedroom 3 - two twin beds
Bedroom 4 - two twin beds
Bedroom 5 - single bed with pull out guest bed to form
double/twins
Bedroom 6 - single bed with pull out guest bed to form
double/twins
Bedroom 7 - bunk beds
4. Kitchen :-
Newly fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, freezer
compartment to fridge, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing
machine and well equipped kitchen utensils and crockery.
5. Large Decking area :-
Supplied with patio furniture.
6. General details :-
All beds have duvets, bedspreads and 2 pillows per person
with all sheets and bed covers provided
Kitchen
towels and oven gloves are provided.
Towels can be hired at a charge of £3 per person per week.
Cots and high chairs are all available on request.
We welcome one well behaved dog.
There is a charge of £15 per additional dog per week.
The dogs must be kept under strict control and must not disturb wildlife or livestock.
Dogs must have their own bedding and must be kept off furniture.

The Rabbie Burns Lodge, set at the edge of The Wood,
has a tremendous atmosphere. Being constructed of quality
Scottish timber the woodland feel extends to the lodges.
With seven bedrooms this lodge offers spacious accommodation
for a large family or for a number of people holidaying together.
